Job Description

AB Spectrum, a Bellevue, WA-based ABA therapy provider, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and oversee evidence-based treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, create and update individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and provide direct clinical guidance. You will train, supervise, and support RBTs and behavior technicians, collaborate closely with families, and coordinate with schools and other providers. This role offers mission-driven work, regular supervision, and ongoing training in a collaborative, family-centered environment. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments for children and adolescents with autism Develop, implement, and revise individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data Provide direct clinical oversight and case management for assigned clients Analyze behavior and progress data to guide treatment decisions and optimize outcomes Train, supervise, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians Coach and educate parents and caregivers on ABA-based strategies and behavior support plans Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to coordinate care and generalize skills Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with clinical and payer standards Ensure ethical, evidence-based practice consistent with BACB guidelines and AB Spectrum policies Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional behavior assessment (FBA) Behavior intervention plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis Treatment planning and case management Supervision of RBTs/behavior technicians Parent and caregiver training Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Collaboration with schools and providers Knowledge of BACB ethics and compliance
