Job Description
Want a job where what you do actually matters every day? Join our team helping children with autism build communication, independence, and life skills through 1:1 ABA therapy. We're looking for upbeat, reliable, and compassionate team members who enjoy working with kids and want to grow in the behavioral health field. Already an RBT? Great! We are actively hiring registered technicians who care about their work. Not registered yet? We do not currently have any open positions for people who haven't passed their RBT exam. What You'll Do Work 1:1 with children using play-based ABA therapy Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs Track progress and collect session data Support daily living skills (communication, transitions, independence) Collaborate with a supportive clinical team Help make therapy engaging, structured, and meaningful What We're Looking For Enjoy working with children Able to pass a thorough background check Strong timeliness, responsibility, and dependability for the sake of our clients and staff Consistent attendance and readiness to support scheduled clients Positive attitude and willingness to stay active and engaged with clients throughout sessions Ability to follow structured treatment plans and document accurately High school diploma or equivalent required RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided; limited trainee openings) Why Join SOS Southaven?
