Ayden, NC Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 3:00-6:00 PM | In School After-Care Services | Part Time | RBT Certification Required Why StarRise ABA StarRise ABA was built on a simple belief: children thrive when care is connected. We take that seriously, and we look for RBTs who take it just as seriously as we do. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a child's growth, not just clock hours. The Opportunity This is a part time, after-school case in an after-care program located in Ayden, NC. Sessions run Monday through Friday 3:00 PM-6:00 PM. You will work one on one with a child implementing an individualized treatment plan built by a BCBA, with ongoing clinical support along the way. What You Will Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's school Implement the individualized treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living Collect accurate session data and document progress each session Communicate consistently with the supervising BCBA and the family Maintain a dependable, consistent schedule for the family you are serving What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who brings more than a certification. We are looking for someone who is: Genuinely passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum Reliable and consistent, with an ability to commit fully to the scheduled session times Patient, compassionate, and able to stay attuned to a child's individual needs Strong in communication and time management Compensation $23 to $29 per hour, based on experience and credentials Requirements RBT certification required High school diploma required Reliable transportation to travel locally within Winterville and surrounding areas Consistent availability What We Believe Community.
