What You Will Need Active BCBA certification Master's or doctoral degree in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, leadership and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care About the Student Loan Repayment Program Eligible full-time BCBAs may receive up to $20,000 toward qualifying student loans after successful completion of the initial 90-day introductory period. Benefits are paid every six months and require active employment in an eligible full-time BCBA role and good standing on the payment date. Additional program terms and eligibility requirements apply.
