Job Description

Clinic BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Salary:
$95,000-$110,000 per year Brighter Strides ABA North Carolina Full-Time or Part-Time Onsite Brighter Strides ABA is growing, and we're looking for BCBAs who want to be part of a supportive, clinician-focused team. As North Carolina prepares for regulatory changes, we've been proactive in structuring our caseloads to support our clinicians. We've also increased and enhanced our leadership team to be readily available to support our BCBAs with these changes. A Great Place for New & Upcoming BCBAs We're also invested in developing the next generation of clinicians. Our new Step Up Program is designed to support graduate students in the final stages of their supervision and BCBA exam preparation, helping them transition confidently into clinical leadership roles. For newly certified BCBAs, we offer a dedicated mentorship program during the first year of certification — BCBAs within one year of passing their exam will be assigned a dedicated mentor — providing ongoing support, collaboration, and guidance from experienced clinical leaders. What You'll Be Doing Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress Mentor, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations Collaborate with families and members of the clinical team Complete required documentation and reports Provide direct services when clinically appropriate What We're Looking For BCBA certification (Required) LBA licensure, where applicable (Required) Master's degree in a related field (Required) Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities A collaborative and compassionate approach to clinical care Why Brighter Strides?
