9669694-27278 Job Description Bring your expertise and passion for supporting students to a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, onsite position provides the chance to serve a diverse K-12 caseload, guiding meaningful growth for children, including those with disabilities and autism. This assignment runs Monday through Friday (37.5 hours weekly) and will extend through June 10, 2027offering a valuable long-term opportunity for professional impact.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree and active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience supporting children, especially those with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Prior BCBA experience strongly preferred Prepared to supervise contractors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Skilled communicator who thrives in K-12 educational environments
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for K-12 students Provide direct and indirect behavioral support in alignment with student goals and IEPs Offer ongoing supervision and mentorship to at least one contractor on assignment Train and collaborate with teachers, aides, and school staff to implement evidence-based strategies Maintain comprehensive, compliant documentation on student progress and behavioral outcomes Contribute within school multidisciplinary teams to help create inclusive, supportive learning spaces This is an engaging opportunity to make a lasting differencefoster growth and meaningful change for students while amplifying your own skills and leadership as a BCBA.
