A rewarding contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Hillsborough, NC. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact supporting K12 students and collaborating within a dedicated educational team. The position is full-time, running from ASAP through June 10, 2027, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Key qualifications:
Masters degree and active BCBA certification required Experience providing behavioral support to children or children with disabilities Strong background working with students with autism; previous BCBA experience is highly valued Capable of supervising and mentoring a contractor as part of service delivery Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Key responsibilities include: Implementing and overseeing applied behavior analysis programs for diverse K12 caseload Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress Collaborating with staff, educators, and families to support student success Supervising one contractor and ensuring best practice protocols are met Staying current with evidence-based ABA interventions and documentation requirements Providing staff training and contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment This onsite opportunity offers the chance to be part of a passionate team supporting students personal and social growth while building positive outcomes for those with autism and other developmental challenges.
