Opportunities for professional development and career advancement for Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT). Your Responsibilities As an Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT): Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Collect data and submit session notes promptly. Collaborate with peers and supervisors. Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions. Travel to client locations; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Registered Behavioral Technician Qualifications:
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Valid state identification card. Reliable transportation. Must pass a criminal background check. Minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent. At least 1 year of experience as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children (preferred).
