Qualifications & Experience:
Hold current BCBA certification Experience working in a school setting preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Strong data collection, reporting, and analytical skills Ability to support and provide guidance to staff and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Provide ongoing staff training and consultation on behavioral strategies Collect, analyze, and maintain behavioral data to track student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings as needed, sharing professional recommendations Stay current with best practices and compliance regulations in behavioral services
