full time We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to a client in Lillington Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and document session progress Build a positive, trusting relationship with the client and family Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers to support treatment goals Qualifications Current RBT certification preferred/required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation Dependable, patient, and energetic Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work consistently Monday-Friday
