BCaBA Clinical Supervisor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Matthews, NC | Onsite $75,000-$85,000/year ️ Full-Time | Monday-Friday Ready to grow your ABA career with a team that invests in YOU? supervision hours , including unrestricted hours that can be accrued during your workday! What You'll Do As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only with our learners and families, but with the team members you support.
You'll:
Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Conduct parent and caregiver training Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive Why You'll Love Autism 360 We believe great clinicians deserve great support.
