Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Mebane, North Carolina
Job Description
Bring your expertise and passion for supporting students to a dynamic educational setting, helping shape individualized strategies for diverse learners. As an onsite BCBA serving grades K-12, youll collaborate closely with educational staff while supervising one team member, ensuring quality and continuity of services for students with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. This contract opportunity extends from now through June 10, 2027, with consistent Monday to Friday hours totaling 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications:
Masters degree required with active BCBA certification Demonstrated experience supporting children, especially those with disabilities Strong background in autism interventions; previous BCBA work highly valued Competency supervising others and providing constructive, ongoing guidance Organized, communicative, and adaptable to changing student and school needsKey Responsibilities:
Assess students and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective supports Provide direct supervision to an assigned contractor, mentoring and monitoring their progress Document student outcomes and maintain compliance with school and BCBA standards Support a seamless team approach, reinforcing best practices in applied behavior analysis across classrooms Inspire growth and make a difference where your knowledge is needed most.
