Join Little Oaks as an After-School Behavior Technician and help children with autism and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Who We're Looking For:

Schedule & Setting:
Part-time (9-1PM and 12:45-5:00/6:00 PM) M-F. Services provided in-home and/or in-clinic based on client needs
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) Collect and track data to monitor progress and guide treatment Assist with behavior management and teach positive coping strategies Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members for consistent care Maintain accurate session notes and documentation (HIPAA compliant) Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can succeed
