Position Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aces for Autism is responsible for designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs that support meaningful growth and lifelong success. This includes ongoing assessment of client needs, delivery of parent and caregiver education, and collaborative problem-solving to help each individual reach their full potential. The BCBA will also supervise and observe behavioral staff, ensuring they are delivering high-quality care and support that reflects both clinical best practices and our HEART values. Qualifications:

1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred Valid driver?s license Must pass a background check and reference check Reliable transportation
