Position Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aces for Autism is responsible for designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs that support meaningful growth and lifelong success. This includes ongoing assessment of client needs, delivery of parent and caregiver education, and collaborative problem-solving to help each individual reach their full potential. The BCBA will also supervise and observe behavioral staff, ensuring they are delivering high-quality care and support that reflects both clinical best practices and our HEART values. They provide consistent written and verbal feedback to support professional growth and treatment consistency. Who We?re

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Regularly assess client progress and adapt programming as needed Provide effective parent and caregiver training , consultation, and ongoing support Supervise and observe behavioral staff , providing consistent written and verbal feedback Promote professional development and learning opportunities for team members Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals to support success across environments Uphold BACB ethical standards and demonstrate Aces for Autism?s HEART values in all aspects of work
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred Valid driver?s license Must pass a background check and reference check Reliable transportation
