$22.00 - $27.00 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus! Uncertified /
Entry-Level:

Sign-On Bonus & Top Bilingual Pay:
Earn up to $28/hr as a certified RBT with a $500 sign-on bonus, backed by structured semi-annual evaluations to grow your base income.
Bridge Clinical & Family Care:
Utilize your Spanish and English skills to deliver 1-on-1 therapy and help native Spanish-speaking families feel supported during center drop-offs and updates. 100%
Paid RBT Certification:
For uncertified hires, we cover all costs for your 40-hour RBT course and national BACB exam within your first 8 weeks. 100% Center-Based (Zero Driving): Report to one collaborative clinic every day—no unpaid drive time, no vehicle wear-and-tear, and no in-home visits.
Predictable Daytime Schedule:
Work 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours and keep your weekends completely free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) .
BCBA-D Owned & Led:
Work directly alongside supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Direct Therapy:
Deliver individualized sessions in English and Spanish to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support Spanish-Speaking Caregivers:
Serve as a welcoming, bilingual point of contact during parent drop-offs, pick-ups, and clinical check-ins.
Deliver Assent-Based Care:
Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child comfort, safety, and engagement in a vibrant clinic setting.
Track Session Data:
Record real-time session metrics and write objective daily progress notes on a clinic tablet.
What We're Looking For Language Skills:
Conversational to fluent in both Spanish and English (required for 1-on-1 care and caregiver interaction).
Credentials & Background:
Active
BACB RBT
certification OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong background in childcare, teaching support, caregiving, customer service, or retail!
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
