Deliver valuable support to students by providing your expertise in behavioral analysis in a dynamic, school-based environment. In this contract opportunity, you will work directly with a small caseload in the upcoming school years, focusing your efforts on students who benefit greatly from BCBA services. The schedule is designed for flexibility: dedicate one full day each week, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire BCBA licensure Proven experience delivering services to students with selective mutism Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and its implementation in educational settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to complete comprehensive administrative documentation and participate in meetings as needed
Role Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral analysis services to a focused caseload of three students Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to encourage positive outcomes Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to foster supportive learning environments Document daily activities and maintain clear records in accordance with district guidelines Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning This contract runs from ASAP through late June 2027, perfect for those seeking a stable long-term assignment with the flexibility of part-time hours.
