Job Description

Make a lasting impact by supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract position based near Lebanon, NH. This role focuses on delivering expert behavioral analysis and intervention services to a manageable caseload, all within a flexible and collaborative school setting.
Key Qualifications:
Current and active BCBA certification Valid licensure to practice in New Hampshire Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting selective mutism Strong background in providing behavior analysis services within educational environments Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and parental interaction Commitment to comprehensive documentation and adherence to ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral assessment and intervention services for three students with unique needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tied to evidence-based practices Conduct behavioral observations, compile data, and ensure thorough record-keeping in accordance with school policies Attend meetings with school staff and parents to discuss progress, strategies, and updates on student development Offer consultations and guidance to teachers and support staff, fostering an inclusive and considerate learning environment Complete necessary administrative documentation as part of ongoing service and quality assurance This contract offers the opportunity to work approximately eight hours per week throughout the school year, including some time each week devoted to documentation and meetings.
