Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or prior experience as a Paraprofessional in a behavioral support role Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practical applications in academic settings Ability to build rapport with students and support individualized behavior intervention plans Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, administration, and families Adaptability and patience in fast-paced, dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct support and interventions for students, following prescribed behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or school specialist Record and monitor student behaviors, progress, and response to interventions according to established protocols Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce social, emotional, and academic skills Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies across settings Assist with classroom management tasks and help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
