Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral support to elementary students Implement behavior intervention strategies and collect accurate data on student progress Collaborate daily with teachers, BCBAs, and other team members to ensure consistency in interventions Assist in maintaining a positive classroom environment Regularly follow protocols and update the supervising BCBA with progress reports
Role Details:
