Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for a BCBA working with students in a supportive educational setting. This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference for three students requiring services aligned with your expertise, with a commitment beginning as soon as possible and running through June 21, 2027. Ideal candidates will thrive in a flexible, part-time schedule, providing targeted interventions and collaborating closely with school staff to support students progress. Your skills in addressing selective mutism and applying behavior analytic principles will be fundamental to the success of this role.
Qualifications:
Current, active New Hampshire BCBA licensure Proven experience working with students diagnosed with selective mutism Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans Adept at engaging in interdisciplinary meetings and providing consultative support
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct behavioral services to assigned students Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress Collaborate with educators and support teams to facilitate student success Complete administrative documentation and participate in regular team meetings Maintain ethical and professional standards while engaging with students and staff
