9671740-03867 Job Description Step into an impactful role supporting students in an elementary school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional. This contract opportunity, based onsite near Rochester, NH, runs from mid-October 2026 through late May 2027, offering a consistent MondayFriday schedule from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and 32.5 working hours per week. As part of this dedicated educational team, youll provide essential behavioral support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, all under the direct supervision of an on-site BCBA. Bring your background in behavior intervention to empower students and help create a positive, effective classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required (must be submitted with application) Proven experience working in a behavior/ASD settingpara candidates must demonstrate specific behavior or ASD background; general 1:1 support is insufficient Comfort and confidence working in an elementary school environment Ability to collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA and school staff Demonstrated commitment to professional integrity and student wellbeing

Key Responsibilities:
