Key Qualifications:
Current RBT certification is required; please include a copy of your certificate with your resume Demonstrated experience working in behavior or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) settings, ideally in schools or similar child-focused roles Ability to thrive in an onsite, elementary classroom environment Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children Candidates without direct experience in behavioral settings will not be considered
Core Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and under BCBA supervision Support students social, emotional, and academic growth by using evidence-based strategies tailored to their needs Collect, track, and report on data to help monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary Work in partnership with educators, school staff, and families to promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere Model appropriate behaviors and coach students in developing self-regulation and social skills
