School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Rochester, NH Area | 2026-2027 School Year KindSpire Education is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based position in the Rochester, NH area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an RBT who wants a consistent school schedule, meaningful work with students, and a supportive team environment . Position Details School-based RBT Rochester, NH area 2026-2027 school year Full-time schedule ASAP start available Consistent Monday-Friday school schedule Work directly with students receiving behavioral and special education support Compensation & Benefits $28-32/hour Weekly pay Benefits available CEU reimbursement PTO Supportive clinical and staffing team Consistent school-year schedule Requirements Active RBT certification Experience working with children or students with behavioral or developmental needs School-based experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and professional Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other school professionals Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions Collect and document behavioral data Reinforce positive behaviors and skill development Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with classroom staff, BCBAs, and the special education team Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment Interested in a stable school-based RBT opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year?
