What Were Looking For:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience in a school or related pediatric setting preferred Proven skills in assessment, behavior plan development, and team collaboration Exceptional communication, documentation, and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultation and direct support to student programs (PreK12) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamseducators, clinicians, and families Conduct assessments, deliver staff training, and maintain compliance documentation Work 37.5 hours each week, November through
