Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) /Behavior Technician- Experience Needed Locations:
Monmouth County |Asbury Park, NJ Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM About the Role Sunshine Advantage is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with a child , helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You'll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you're never doing this alone. No experience? No problem. We'll train you and guide you every step of the way. High School Diploma or GED Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification Ability to pass a background check Preferred (Not Required): Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Job Type:
