Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and independence, all while ensuring compassionate patient care. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective intervention strategies Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure consistent implementation of interventions Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments, to establish baseline behaviors and treatment goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as special education professionals, medical providers, and school staff to support client development across settings Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment reports, and records compliant with HIPAA regulations Support clients in home-based settings as well as in educational environments like schools to promote generalization of skills Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards for patient confidentiality Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage with clients' families, caregivers, and team members Background in special education or experience working within school environments is highly desirable Ability to perform detailed data collection and analysis during therapy sessions in various settings including home-based programs Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative behavioral solutions!
