About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work with our team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. With a focus on creating a safe and positive environment, you'll be a crucial part of our team's mission to empower children to express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment.
