Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to an individual student. Implement behavioral strategies and interventions based on the student's individual needs. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies. Assist teachers in identifying strategies that can be incorporated into the classroom environment. Support and provide training to aides and teachers working directly with students throughout the district. Collect behavioral data and monitor student progress. Collaborate with the BCBA, teachers, aides, and other district staff to maintain consistent behavioral supports.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Experience working with students with behavioral needs preferred. Strong knowledge of behavior intervention and de-escalation strategies. Previous school-based experience is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. The district is also hiring a BCBA, providing an opportunity for the RBT to work alongside additional behavioral support within the district.
