Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behavioral analysis and intervention strategies to students. Collaborate with teachers to integrate effective behavioral tactics in the classroom. Train aides and teachers in best practices for student support across the district. Serve as a BCBA coverage, including a new need for a MAT leave replacement. Start as soon as possible, with commitment lasting through December 23rd.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required. Previous experience working in school settings or with student populations preferred. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized strategies. Adaptable and ready to engage in a dynamic educational environment.
