Our organization is dedicated to helping individuals with special needs live a more independent and fulfilling life. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior support plans and encouraging positive behaviors in our clients and providing feedback when necessary. We are seeking candidates with a desire to work with children and make a difference in families' lives.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the client's progress. Maintain a safe environment for the client and staff. impleemnt behavior programming Work under the direction of a licensed behavior analyst. Communicate with clients and staff as needed. Perform behavior interventions on clients. Communicate with families, clients, and staff as needed. Follow safety reporting procedures for unsafe conditions.
