$85-$95/hour Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday schedule Collaborative center-based environment with daily clinical support Opportunity to help develop and expand a growing ABA program Positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality care and clinical excellence Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Join a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
