Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a skilled and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Eatontown, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records Conduct sessions in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community locations Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure therapy is effective and practical Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing ideas and expertise

Requirements:

RBT certification preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized services
