$24 to $32 per hour Position Overview Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in Matawan, NJ. This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and support the development of key life skills.
