  • 35/Hour ESS is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Haddonfield School District .

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide direct behavioral intervention services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), support student growth across academic, social, communication, and adaptive skill areas, and collaborate with school teams to promote positive educational outcomes. 5 hours per week Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company matching Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative clinical team The opportunity to make a lasting impact in students' lives Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Current New Jersey license, certification, or school certification as required for the position Ability to successfully complete all required state and district background checks Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred Key Responsibilities Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral instruction and support Collect accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes Assist students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive living skills Utilize positive behavior support strategies and reinforcement techniques Support students during classroom instruction, transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with FERPA, HIPAA, and district policies Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training Report concerns regarding student safety, behavior, or program implementation to the supervising BCBA or school administrator Maintain professional conduct consistent with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code and district expectations Perform other duties as assigned Why ESS?
