Position Summary:

As a Behavior Therapist (BT) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if credentialed, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Your creativity, consistency, and compassion will help children achieve developmental milestones across home and center-based settings.

To ensure flexibility and clarity, we offer a variety of shift options: Thursday-Sunday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Shifts are based on experience and availability.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and accuracy Accurately document session data and client progress using our EMR system. Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment Communicate effectively with families, teammates, and supervisors Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or individuals with autism (ABA experience preferred but not required) Excellent in written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar software Passion for helping children thrive Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and TB test Reliable transportation

RBT Certification Job Types:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
