Clearsteps ABA is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Lakewood, New Jersey and nearby Ocean County. We provide licensed, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis for children ages 2-12. As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one sessions in the child's home, collect data, and work under BCBA supervision to help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills. What you'll do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the family's home following the BCBA's treatment plan
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in CentralReach
• Communicate clearly with families in English and Spanish
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and the Clearsteps clinical team
• Maintain professional, reliable attendance for scheduled sessions What we look for:
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to complete RBT training / exam)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in-home with children ages 2-12
• Afternoon / after-school availability strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ What we offer:
