Competitive salary/hourly rate based on experience BloomBridge ABA Services is a growing, clinician-focused ABA provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help shape the future of our clinical program. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based ABA practices. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete documentation and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each child. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active New Jersey LBA (or eligible to obtain). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred. Why BloomBridge?
