You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy Implement individualized treatment plans Collect session data accurately Communicate with supervising BCBAs Complete session documentation Maintain professional relationships with families Participate in supervision and team meetings Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work independently in clients' homes Passion for working with children Preferred Experience working with children with autism ABA experience Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field I would remove the 2-year requirement unless it's truly necessary. Available Schedule Flexible scheduling based on client availability.
