Monday-Friday,4:00 PM•6:30 PM / Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM•5:00 PM About the Role Sunshine Advantage is looking for Spanish English bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with a child , helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You'll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you're never doing this alone. No experience? No problem. We'll train you and guide you every step of the way. What We're Looking For Required:

High School Diploma or GED Fluent in Spanish and English Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification Ability to pass a background check Preferred (Not Required): Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
