WINGS ABA

Therapy is seeking to hire experienced BCBAs to provide clinical planning, parent training and oversight of center, home and school based cases. Wings ABA serves families in Bergen county and surrounding areas. We provide services in client's homes, private daycare and/or at our center in Paramus. Wings ABA is a therapist owned agency with highly supportive management and a lot of scheduling flexibility. Currently hiring full time and part time BCBAs. Full time position is mostly at our Paramus Center and daycares and we have center based after school cases to offer on part time basis as well.

Qualifications:

BCBA Certificate (Required) NJ BCBA license or eligible to receive it (Required) Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills Are a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Have experience training staff, writing programs, collecting and monitoring behavior data, writing behavior plans, and interacting with families Are a positive, team-driven person and can provide excellent customer service to clients Demonstrate high-level organizational skills Want to work in a collaborative environment, supports professional development goals, and provides opportunity for growth within our organization Part time rate: 80-90/hour Benefits (full time position only) W2 Salaried position Pay is directly deposited on the 1st and 15th of each month We provide benefits for full-time employees, 401K available Paid Vacation, sick and personal flex days
