Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and goals. Create and update individualized treatment programs targeting communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, school readiness, and reduction of challenging behaviors. Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and make data-driven adjustments to programming as needed. Conduct regular observations of clients and staff to ensure treatment integrity and effective implementation of ABA strategies.
Requirements:
BCBA certification (required) NJ LBA License (required) Experience working with young children with autism Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently Someone who values a structured, team-based environment
