Responsibilities:
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism in a bilingual environment (English and [insert language]) Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy Coordinate care with client's team members Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes About the
