Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type All Job Types Make a difference in the lives of students as you support educational teams with expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You'll work closely with educators and specialists to provide direct behavioral interventions that enable students to thrive. Your role will be essential in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience supporting children or youth in school settings is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with students, families, and staff Ability to collect, track, and report behavioral data consistently and accurately Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team goals
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to address behavioral goals Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with program requirements Participate in team meetings and communicate observations and updates Adapt to various classroom settings and schedules as needed Follow school and district protocols for behavior management
