This contract role offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and impact learners' lives, helping them achieve academic and behavioral milestones.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans Ability to follow directions and implement plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff Strong documentation and data collection abilities Flexibility, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students under supervision of a BCBA Implement behavior support plans, collect data, and maintain accurate records Monitor student progress and communicate observations to school staff and the supervising clinician Assist with classroom management and support individualized student needs Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment for students
