- We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The Behavior Technician (BT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. The Behavior Technician (BT) will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress. The Behavior Technician (BT) will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
- Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
Experience:
- The Behavior Technician (BT) requires prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. The Behavior Technician (BT) will need the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
