Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential. Our passionate team is dedicated to providing evidence-based ABA therapy, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RBT to join our team! Your child's success means the world to you , and ours too. About the
Role:
As an RBT with Mastermind Behavior Services, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document data on client progress Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
