Key Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing Previous experience in a school-based K-12 environment preferred Comprehensive knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Demonstrated proficiency in contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively Enthusiasm for supporting students across diverse needs and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and revise individualized BIPs for students Conduct FBAs to identify target behaviors and design appropriate interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of care Monitor, document, and report on student progress for IEP meetings Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies Comply with all federal, state, and district regulations and policies Foster a supportive and inclusive educational environment Respond promptly to behavioral crises and provide guidance as needed Experience the satisfaction of using your expertise to support student growth and well-being in a welcoming K-12 setting.
