Job Description

Join Skill Sprouts ABA! Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to meet you! Whether you're an experienced RBT or have experience working with children, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Collect data and track client progress. Work closely with families and your BCBA. Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Experience working with children preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
