Position Overview The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs will work closely with clients, families, BCBAs, and other members of the treatment team to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop meaningful skills that promote independence. Services may be provided in the home and community settings throughout the Las Vegas area. What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy based on each client's treatment plan Implement behavior-analytic teaching strategies and interventions under BCBA supervision Teach and support skills related to communication, socialization, daily living, play, learning, and independence Collect accurate and timely data throughout sessions Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA Use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies to promote skill development Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families Communicate professionally with caregivers and members of the treatment team Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development Maintain client confidentiality and follow all company policies and ethical standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Attend scheduled sessions consistently and arrive prepared and on time Use company-approved technology and data collection systems to accurately document services Ask questions, seek feedback, and actively participate in your own professional growth What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is compassionate and genuinely enjoys working with children Believes every client deserves individualized support Is patient, flexible, and willing to learn Is dependable and takes responsibility for their work Communicates openly and respectfully with families and team members Is comfortable receiving feedback Can maintain professionalism in a variety of home and community environments Is enthusiastic about helping children build meaningful, functional skills Values teamwork and collaboration Is committed to continued personal and professional growth RBT Requirements Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements Reliable transportation for traveling to client locations Ability to meet the physical and environmental requirements of providing direct ABA services Ability to maintain required documentation and meet company and payer requirements Our Culture At Independently Me ABA, we believe growth goes both ways .
