Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your primary focus will be implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful progress. Duties Implement ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring consistency and fidelity to treatment plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through structured teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards Communicate effectively with clients' families and care teams to update on progress and address concerns Adhere strictly to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering high-quality behavioral health services Skills Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or those with neurodevelopmental disabilities in clinical or home-based settings Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and behavior therapy techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and maintaining accurate medical records Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and engagement with clients and their families Familiarity with special education environments, school experience, or home-based behavioral programs is a plus Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, and ethical guidelines for behavior analysts Join us in making a difference!
